Boot Camp Schedule:

Monday – Friday:

Mornings – 6:30am, 7:30am & 9:30am

Evenings – 5:30pm & 6:15pm (No 6:15pm on Fridays)

Saturday – 8:30am & 9:30am

Sunday – CLOSED

(All boot camp workouts are 30 minutes long)

Please plan on arriving 20 minutes early for an orientation prior to your very 1st workout session. In order to keep our carpeted gymnastics floor as clean as possible, we ask that you always carry in a clean pair of workout shoes and change into them once seated in our lobby area. Optional items include a water bottle, a small towel for perspiration, and workout gloves.

We encourage you to go at your own pace and take plenty of breaks. We’ll work with you at your current fitness level and modify exercises as needed. We really focus on good form and technique to keep you safe and injury free. Our program is designed to get you results in a friendly, supportive, and positive environment. You don’t get in shape to do boot camp…you get in shape by doing boot camp!

The short answer is Yes! Just let our coaches know about your injury or challenge, and we can adjust your workout as needed. If you are under a physician’s care, please be sure that your doctor approves you going to boot camp and let us know any physical limitations that you may have.

Each day the workouts are completely different. All sessions are 30 minutes long and include strength, cardio, flexibility, and balance training. During the dynamic warm-up we demonstrate and explain the different exercise stations for the day, and then we proceed to the actual workout. If you are new to boot camp, our coaches will work closely with you to guide you through the exercise routine, assist, and explain.

Our group personal training program is designed for adults of all ages, with an emphasis on women over 40 years. We have many members aged 50 and above, coaches included.

Absolutely, bring them along! Guests are always welcome; just let us know in advance so we can make sure we have enough room for them in that session. All guests will need to sign a release and follow all studio procedures (e.g., Carry in a clean pair of workout shoes and changing into them once seated in our lobby area).

We recommend working out 3-4x a week with us for best results. We have solved the time crunch problem with our 30 minute workouts, and you can attend any workout time that is most convenient for you. In order to guarantee a spot, please use our scheduling app to reserve your workout times.
