Step 1: Schedule your studio orientation & 1st Boot Camp workout, then complete your online forms.

  • We’ll give you access to our calendar to schedule your studio orientation and 1st Boot Camp workout. 
  • We’ll give you access to your own private and personalized membership portal where you can fill out your personal information, a brief medical history questionnaire, and coaching waiver. 
  • Tell us about yourself so we can customize your Boot Camp experience.
  •  If you have any questions pr need to reschedule and can’t do it on our calendar, feel free to call or text us as (734) 436-2100.

Step 2: Arrive at the studio for your orientation and 1st Boot Camp workout.

  • Directions to the studio can be found under the website “STUDIO INFO,” section or your assigned membership portal.
  • Carry in a clean pair of workout shoes and change into them once seated in our lobby area.
  • We’ll take some initial biometric measurements such as weight and body fat percentge.
  • We’ll review your personal history, and go over your health goals & objectives.
  • It’s time for your 1st workout! We can adjust exercises based on your current fitness level or limitations, we’ll focus on proper technique & safety, and we’ll encourage you to take plenty of breaks as needed.

Step 3: Schedule your lifestyle consultation.

We’ll schedule your 30 minute consultation sometime during your 1st week of Boot Camp, either before or after a workout.

  • We will review fitness and nutrition guidelines.
  • Based on your health and lifestyle goals, we’ll help you determine if our program is a good fit for you.
  • If yes, we can review  membership options and get you started on your lifestyle approach to fitness and nutrition.
