As a medical student, finding free time to exercise can be difficult. Ann Arbor Boot Camp is perfect for me as it gives me a chance to stay active with quick training sessions either in the morning or evening. The exercises are challenging but Jan, the trainer, is very good at encouraging you to go at your own pace. Each session has different exercises targeting different muscles so you don’t ever feel like you’re stagnating. The facility, bathrooms and equipment are all clean and well maintained. The gym is conveniently located on Jackson and has ample parking on site. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a gym to motivate you into shape!
